The institution is located on the SJM Campus along the NH-4 bypass in Chitradurga. It includes academic buildings, teaching laboratories, lecture halls, a central library, sports facilities, and an attached teaching hospital designed to support both medical training and patient care.

Medical education

The college offers the MBBS program with a one-year compulsory internship, along with a range of postgraduate MD and MS programs across specialties such as General Medicine, Pediatrics, Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, ENT, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Radiodiagnosis, Psychiatry, and others.
