A serious accident on National Highway-48 near Doddasiddavvanahalli resulted in the deaths of two car drivers, while another person was injured.
According to reports, a truck allegedly collided with two cars late at night before leaving the scene. Police launched an investigation and began efforts to trace the truck involved in the crash.
The incident has renewed concerns about highway safety and the dangers faced by motorists travelling on the busy Bengaluru–Mumbai corridor.
